I smile, I wish you well

Updated: Dec 4, 2025

In Ridgway, CO, United States —

When I was younger, I used to be in the IT business. I was in charge of the top brand companies. Except for a few people who I was really making friends. It felt like I had to please everybody at work everyday.

Later in my life, left the job, and started a new life in different field. Despite all the material things or welfare I had, all I really want is freedom and be true and at ease. Keep my spiritual and personal practice. That's all that matters to me.

*honestly, I haven't practiced this posture for a long time, and it doesn't matter if I can't do it well. Anyway, it doesn't make much sense. The asana means just a comfortable and stable posture. Practice always makes progress.

Doesn't matter if you don't have it yet. That's ok!

Even someday we all need to let go of what we have. That the lesson called life.
